Minimum project value applies. The percentage-based fees above apply only to projects at or above a minimum qualifying value. Smaller engagements don’t fit this model and are quoted separately — get in touch and we’ll scope the right approach.
The setup is a one-time fee in Year 1; from Year 2 the 0.35% annual subscription runs each year until the project is completed or cancelled. The 0.1% per 10 users (per year) is the interface fee — it lets those users access the portal and message one another. Each additional batch of 10 users adds 0.1% of project value per year. Example figures are illustrative; final pricing is confirmed per project.
