The Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) is an advanced certification from Scrum.org for Scrum Masters who have demonstrated a deep, practical command of Scrum that goes well beyond the fundamentals. It validates the ability to apply Scrum effectively in complex, real-world situations and to act as a genuine servant-leader for teams and organizations.
