The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is the advanced standard for data-driven process improvement — combining Lean's focus on eliminating waste with Six Sigma's rigour in reducing variation and defects. Black Belts lead complex improvement projects end to end and coach teams in the methodology.
Our team holds two Lean Six Sigma Black Belts — one through the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) and one through the Council for Six Sigma Certification — bringing measurable, statistically grounded process discipline to capital programs and operations.
